Joseph Turitz, age 40, is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of CapitalSource Inc. Mr. Turitz has served in several capacities in our legal department since joining CapitalSource Inc. in January 2001, including General Counsel-Corporate and General Counsel of our Corporate Finance Business.

Prior to joining CapitalSource, he practiced corporate and securities law at the law firm of Hogan & Hartson L.L.P.
