John K. DelaneyFounder, Executive Chairman and Chairman of the Board

Co-founder of CapitalSource, Mr. Delaney serves as the Executive Chairman and Chairman of the Board of CapitalSource Inc. He also serves as the Chairman of the Board of CapitalSource Bank.

James J. PieczynskiCo-CEO and Board Member

Mr. Pieczynski is the Co-CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of CapitalSource Inc. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Piecyznski served as the President of the Healthcare Real Estate Business of CapitalSource Inc.

Steven A. MuselesCo-CEO and Board Member

Mr. Museles is Co-CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of CapitalSource Inc. Prior to his current responsibilities, Mr. Museles served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary of CapitalSource Inc.

Donald F. ColeChief Financial Officer

Mr. Cole joined CapitalSource Inc. in 2001 and has served as Chief Financial Officer since May 2009.

Bryan D. SmithChief Accounting Officer

Mr. Smith joined CapitalSource Inc. in 2002 as an Assistant Controller. He has served as Chief Accounting Officer since September 2008.

Joe KenaryChief Investment Officer

Mr. Kenary has been with CapitalSource Inc. since its inception in 2000 and currently serves as CapitalSource Inc.’s Chief Investment Officer.

Joseph Turitz is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of CapitalSource Inc.

Michael C. SzwajkowskiPresident, Structured Finance Business

Mr. Szwajkowski has served as the President of CapitalSource Inc.’s Structured Finance Business since 2005. He joined the company in 2001 as the Managing Director–Group Head of the Structured Finance Business.
