• Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland, College Park; graduated in 2002

As an Investment Officer in the Healthcare Credit Group at CapitalSource, Mr. Brenneman’s primary responsibilities include identifying, structuring, underwriting, and closing asset-based, real estate, and cash flow senior loan transactions, many of which involve accounts receivable-based revolving lines of credit. He specializes in financing solutions for healthcare providers including acute care hospital, skilled nursing facility, psychiatric and behavioral health, home health, and non-acute specialty hospital operators.

Mr. Brenneman has held several positions within CapitalSource’s healthcare underwriting and portfolio management groups since joining the company in September of 2002 and before assuming his current role as Investment Officer including Senior Account Executive, Loan Officer, Investment Analyst, and Senior Investment Associate.
