As a Director in the Healthcare Credit Group at CapitalSource, Mr. Couch has over 20 years of experience leveraging a range of healthcare assets to a broad range of healthcare providers in a variety of complex scenarios.
Prior to joining CapitalSource in 2009, Mr. Couch was a Director with the Healthcare Corporate Finance Group for Siemens Financial Services. Before joining Siemens, Mr. Couch was Vice President of Merrill Lynch Capital-Healthcare Finance where he focused on originating and structuring asset-based loans for all types of middle-market healthcare providers. One of the initial business development officers hired, he played a direct role in the immediate ramp up with significant contributions to building a $1.2 billion portfolio of asset-based loan commitments for Merrill Lynch Capital.
