Mr. Golding is Managing Director of the Leveraged Finance Group at CapitalSource. He is responsible for leading all aspects of the transaction process which includes originating, evaluating, structuring, underwriting, negotiating, and closing cash-flow and/or asset-based senior, second lien, and mezzanine loans to companies across a broad array of industries. In addition to transaction management, Mr. Golding is focused on developing and maintaining client relationships, as well as managing internal credit including communications with senior credit authorities.

Before joining CapitalSource in 2002, Mr. Golding worked in the Corporate Finance Group at Heller Financial where he honed his skills originating, underwriting, syndicating, and monitoring both media and generalist middle-market transactions. Mr. Golding began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he spent over three years in the Transaction Services Group performing comprehensive due diligence for both strategic and financial buyers and working on transactions across a broad array of sectors.
