Mr. Stang is a Director for the East Coast within CapitalSource's Leveraged Finance Group. He has over 25 years of structured finance experience providing leveraged financing to a broad range of middle-market companies and private equity firms for buyouts.

Prior to joining CapitalSource, Mr. Stang was the Marketing Head for Deutsche Bank's New York office and was responsible for providing leveraged acquisition finance for middle-market private equity firms. Before his work at Deutsche Bank, Mr. Stang was a Senior Vice President with Fleet Capital where he worked for nine years and was primarily responsible for originating structured finance transactions with private equity firms in the middle market. Mr. Stang began his finance career with Citicorp in 1984.
