Mr. Hall is a Director within the Leveraged Finance Group at CapitalSource. He joined CapitalSource in 2001 and has worked closely with numerous private equity firms in originating and negotiating senior and mezzanine debt transactions for middle-market leveraged buyouts. Along with over 13 years of experience within the equity and debt markets, Mr. Hall has also held asset management, institutional sales, and securities analysis positions at Friedman, Billings, Ramsey and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. He also spent six years in the commercial real estate industry where he focused on the sales/financing and leasing of office buildings.
