Financing Capabilities

We focus primarily on financings of leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations of companies with $10 million to $50 million in EBITDA. We leverage a broad range of financing capabilities to provide customized solutions for both small and larger borrowers, typically with the following parameters:

• First lien senior secured and senior stretch cash flow or enterprise value loans
• Debt facilities ranging from $15 million to $100 million
• Typical hold sizes are $15–$25 million, with the ability to underwrite facilities up to $100 million and hold up to $50 million in any given transaction
