Financing Capabilities

With expertise, speed of execution, and a strong industry reputation, we’ve built a healthcare real estate loan portfolio of $1.3 billion. Since 2006, we’ve completed over $3.3 billion in committed transactions in the skilled and senior housing sector.

We provide either variable or fixed interest rate loans as low as 7% for skilled nursing and senior housing transactions with LTVs between 65% and 85%.

  • We offer mortgage capital, working capital or HUD financing
  • Our minimum deal size stands at $3 million
  • Our maximum at $50 million
