Financing Capabilities

With expertise, speed of execution, and a strong industry reputation, we’ve built a total portfolio consisting of approximately $2.4 billion in assets. Since 2006 we’ve completed over $3.25 billion in committed transactions in the skilled nursing and senior housing sector. We currently own 186 assets with an investment balance of $1 billion and hold $1.4 billion of healthcare real estate term loans.
