Lender Financing Capabilities

As a commercial lender we provide clients with senior debt to acquire performing and non-performing loan portfolios. Our guidelines for loan portfolio purchase include:

  • Senior secured debt-up to 85% of cost
  • Portfolios consisting of performing and non-performing senior and subordinate mortgage secured by commercial real estate assets
  • Loan amount up to $100 million and higher with syndication
  • Floating rate facility
  • All property types
  • Closings within 30 days

Principal Financing Capabilities

As a principal investor we actively acquire performing commercial real estate loans and portfolios. Our guidelines for portfolio acquisition include:

  • Performing whole loans secured by senior liens or commercial real estate assets
  • All property types
  • Floating and fixed rate
  • Transaction size of $25 million and up
  • Closings within 30 days
