Understand How the Small Business Jobs Act Means Big Opportunities

On September 28, 2010, President Obama signed the Small Business Jobs Act into law, presenting small businesses with big opportunities.

The biggest change is the increase in loan size. SBA 7(a) loans are permanently increased from $2 million to $5 million, and SBA 504 loans can now go up to a total loan amount of $12 million. This is particularly great news to those larger small businesses that were too big for SBA programs and too small for Wall Street institutional lenders.

We're here to help borrowers understand how to best take advantage of the bill's various provisions. Call us at 1.800.675.0101 or email us at sblinquiry@capitalsource.com.
